Description:

1. Pamoramic and Tilt damping / fluid is variable / adjustable.

2. Panoramic damping is variable / adjustable (by turning the bottom blue ring)

3. Tilt damping is variable / adjustable (by turning the left blue device)

4. Counter balance is variable / adjustable (by turning the right set knob)

5. Lock or unlock the pan by turning the Mid lock lever.

6. Lock or unlock the tilt by turning the right lock knob.

7. 75mm ball base can be converted to be a flat base.

8. All metal 34.5mm large size tripod with 3 (high -midium-low) leg angles, very strong, very stable
