DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Monopod M-5 is a professional aluminum monopod.

2. The twist "G" locks and disc are all made of CNC processed aluminum. It is with wrist strap, rubber foot and plus an extra spike. Extend height up to 158cm. 

3. Unlock the adaptor disc, 1/4" screw can be converted to 3/8" screw. Therefore, this monopod is compatible for both 1/4" and 3/8" thread hole heads, and you can even mount your camera directly on the 1/4" camera screw. 

4. It is with a anti-skid rubber foot plus an extra spike. You can use this monopod either in the open air or indoor by changing the rubber or spiked foot.
