DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Monopod M-2 is a professional monopod, the twist  "G" locks are all made of CNC processed aluminium. It is with a wrist strap,  rubber foot. Extend height up to 154cm. 

2.Unlock the adaptor disc, 1/4" screw can be converted to 3/8" screw. Therefore, this monopod is compatible for both 1/4" and 3/8" hole heads, and you can even mount your camera directly on the 1/4" camera screw.
